Inconsiderate

Many “malfunction“ CCTV system was actually caused by inconsiderate subsequent system deployment, building remodeling or renovation.

For IP camera, most frequently the network bandwidth was shared with subsequent network gear deployment. The bandwidth became too low for the IP camera to operate normally. There is one case our network cable was even hijacked!

It is pretty common for a CCTV camera blocked by newly elected partition, awning and oh yes, signage.
