Few days ago, my technical support team performed a housecall to a house that we had deployed a CCTV system few months ago.
The lady complained that her husband can no longer remotely login via Internet from his office to the DVR to monitor the house.
After checking her system, we discovered that her Streamyx (broadband) service was cut.
The lady asked my technician to help her to pay the Streamyx bill as she was too busy taking care of her two children.
Did we do it? Of cause not. Our job is to keep CCTV system in working condition not running errands.
To us the lady was asking a postman to lick her stamps!
